All Aboard With The Blue Wave Dragons

The Irish Dragon Boat Association would formally like to welcome its newest Club Member – Blue Wave Dragons. The Blue Wave Dragons first took part in the sport at the World Police & Fire Games in August 2013 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Since then the team have been inspired by our exciting team sport and have formally set themselves up as a club. The team is made up of prison officers from the Irish Prison Service with a long term aim of maybe introducing the sport to the inmates.
