4) Do you have COMMITMENT and drive?
5) Do you think you have what it takes to be part of the very FIRST Irish selected international dragon boat team?

We are starting to plan to send an Irish Senior Women’s Team to the European Championships next summer. All training and the trip expenses will need to be self funded. We will require your total dedication to the cause.

Please email if you would like to be considered for this journey. Further details on training and the selection policy will be advised at the first meeting to be held on Saturday, 25th July 2015 in Carlow Town.

Our goal is to send the fastest team possible.

International Challenge – 200m
Novice Challenge – 200m
Breast Cancer Survivor Challenge – 200m (80% of the crew must be BCS and the remaining 20% can be made up of women only).

Sunday, 13th September 2015:
International Challenge – 400m
Novice Challenge – 200m
Under 18s Challenge – 200m (All crew members must be under 18 as at 1st June 2015).
