Dublin Hong Kong Dragon Boat Regatta 2017
PRESS RELEASE:
We are pleased to announce our partnership again with the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office who will be the title sponsor of this year’s Dublin regatta. The event will be officially known for 2017 as the ‘Dublin Hong Kong Dragon Boat Regatta’. The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office is based in Brussels and it is the official representation of the Hong Kong Government to the European Union (EU) and EU Member States, including Ireland. Its mission is to promote bilateral ties between Hong Kong and Europe in particular on economic, trade, investment and cultural matters. This year is particularly poignant as it is the 20th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
We are delighted that this is our second year of collaboration between the Irish Dragon Boat Association and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office and hope we can maintain an excellent relationship for many years to come. It is exciting for us to be associated with such a strong brand for our sport and being able to raise the profile of dragon boating and Hong Kong at the regatta.
