1) Are you female?

2) Are you over 40 as at 1st June 2017?

3) Are you Irish or have lived here for more than 3 years?

4) Do you have the means to pay for a trip to China?

5) Do you have the commitment and determination to be part of a medal winning crew?

The first training day for the 2016/2017 Irish Senior Women’s Dragon Boat Squad is Saturday, 8th October 2016 and will be held in Carlow Town. If you would like to be part of the squad, please complete the Irish Team Sign Up sheet sign-up-sheet and return to me at info@dragonboat.ie by Sunday, 2nd October. Details about the training day will then be circulated by email the week before.

The exact location in China and date of the Championships is still unknown, but we hope to have this information by 8th October 2016.

Please note, we will expect serious commitment and dedication to the campaign and expect to see you regularly training in a dragon boat. Further details about what is expected from you and how the final selection will take place will be explained on 8th October.
