Please note, if you are running any dragon boat activities as an absolute minimum you must have trained and qualified helms. Most insurances will be null and void should you have an accident and your staff / club members are not qualified adequately. As with every sporting qualification the certification is invalid if the annual membership to the NGB has not been paid.
